No. Customers can schedule an appointment without creating an account (they only provide the information needed for booking). If you want access to your orders and appointment history and to collect loyalty points, we recommend creating an account.

That's no problem. You can still take appointments by phone/DM and manually add them to your calendar to stay organized. Over time, some clients will switch to online bookings anyway, as it's more convenient.
